Chief Minister Haryana Sh Manohar Lal Khattar on his two days visit to Sirsa. This Video is of 1st session on day one, 8th April 2017. Chief Minister Haryana Inaugurated and laid foundation stones of a number of projects worth more than 71 Crores from CDLU Multipurpose hall. Briefly spoke to media after the inaugurations; and then took a Public Grievances redressal forum- Janta Darbar at CDLU auditorium.

Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar today said the Haryana government would install one lakh CCTV cameras on all highways and other places in the state this year to check road accidents, over-speeding by vehicles and other criminal activities.
He stated this while speaking with media persons after laying foundation stones for development projects of Rs 70 crore for Sirsa and Rs 37 crore for Fatehabad districts at Chaudhary Devi Lal University in Sirsa today.
Khattar said his government was committed to the overall development of the state. He criticised opposition parties for spreading a “false propaganda against his government on the issue of development”. The government was working on 3,500 announcements, which are 1,200 more than those of the previous government, he added.
He said 2017 is the year to work on announcements and he would ensure that all his announcements were implemented by the year end.
Asked whether his government planned to waive farmers’ loans as done by the Uttar Pradesh government, Khattar said every state had its own peculiar conditions.
On a question about problems being faced by farmers in procurement of their mustard crop, the Chief Minister said the government was purchasing the crop at the minimum support price (MSP) provided its quality was within prescribed specifications.
He said his government was committed to the welfare of farmers and was taking every possible step to improve their economic condition.
For Sirsa, the Chief Minister launched projects of a Government Women College at a cost of over Rs 11. 88 crore, a bus stand at Nathusari Chopta (Rs 3.17 crore), a hockey astroturf at the Jiwan Nagar Stadium (Rs 5.01 crore), a railway under-bridge at Talwara Khurd village (Rs 2.08 crore), two under-bridges on the Hanumangarh-Sadalpur railway line for Rs 2.08 crore and Rs 2.12 crore, respectively.
Khattar also inaugurated 33 KV substations for Bappa, Chormor, Khyonwali, Mallewala and Baiyya villages. He also launched projects for Fatehabad including an railway over-bridge at Jakhar for Rs 26.50 crore and a college at Ratia for Rs 10 crore.

Dr KV Singh Led several protesters for inability of Police in arresting the assassins of Chautala Double Murder (incident of 11th Jan 2017) Speaking to media Dr KV Singh demanded a CBI inquiry, and submitted a memorandum to CM Haryana, along with him, daughter one of the slain also demanded arrest of murderers of his father. Police had tough time in tackling the situation, ASP Sirsa was seen trying to stop entry of protestors into the Multi-purpose hall, He was seen negotiating and convincing Dr KV Singh.
